Office/studio rentals include heat/air conditioning and electricity, wheelchair accessibility and some offices may have (minimal) office furniture available. 

Office space is rented under leasing agreements between the Guild and its clients for a minimum period of 1 yr.  Alternate timeframes may be considered pending the individual needs/requirements of both parties.

This August I was fortunate to have an exhibition of my art quilts at the Guild Gallery. The entire process was positive, from the application and paperwork, to the setup, the show itself and finally the aftermath. Ghislaine was helpful around publicity and the general setup. The facility itself was clean and the staff friendly. That I didn't have to pay rental and commission was wonderful. Because of the timing I was also part of Art in the Open, which brought many people through the gallery who had never been there before. - Caroline Crawford - Textile Artist
