You can refund or exchange your tickets up to 24 hours prior to a show, less a $2 service fee. Ticket prices are in Canadian dollars.

The prices displayed are subject to a non-refundable $2 per ticket surcharge and a $1.00 per order delivery charge for online orders.

All Tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.

The Guild reserves the right to refuse admission and may request any ticketholders to leave (taking any such appropriate action which may be necessary to enforce this right) before or during
performances if it is necessary to do so.

Every effort will be made by The Guild to admit latecomers at a suitable break in the event or performance.

Mobile phones (including mobile phone cameras), pagers and watch alarms must be switched off before entering the cafe.

Our privacy policy dictates that information you may disclose to The Guild in order to complete a ticket purchase will be kept confidential and never shared with a third party.
