Event Booking

Here is a basic cost and promotional structure outlining what you can expect when working with us to present your event. Specific details will be discussed beyond what is listed below should you choose to book with us.

Theatre Rental: $300 – $500/day
(dependent upon subsidies; up to 8 hours)
Rehearsal Rental: $50/hr with no technical support
Free Rehearsal: No charge rehearsal space, subject to availability.

Gallery Rental: $150 – $290 for 3 hours for receptions and meetings
(dependent upon subsidies)

The Guild applies subsidies for emerging Prince Edward Island performers, non-profit groups, specific fundraising events, etc. Our contribution is applied on a case by case basis, so please ask us!

A Technical surcharge of $50/hr is applied to any technical activity in the space (lights, sound, A/V, etc) and a minimum 3 hour call is charged on any event.

Box Office: All ticket sales are subject to a $4 per ticket service fee for tickets $49.99 and under, and a $6 per ticket service fee for tickets $50.00 and over. Please note that these fees may change without notice.

Security service, if required, is booked by and billed directly to the event promoter/organizer.

All fees are subject to HST.
