We recently rented the facility and were completely thrilled with everything, from our first planning meeting to when the last guest left the building on the night of the event! The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and overall, a wonderful group to deal with.  I would highly recommend The Guild – we could not have been any happier with every aspect of the day.

“This intimate and cozy theatre has a HUGE personality!  The shows are always top notch; great bang for your buck!  The staff members are very friendly and quick to help out! The building itself is clean and very well maintained. The gallery on the lower level is worth a pre-show visit as it displays work from local artists.  Last but not least, the location is perfect. Very close to local restaurants and coffee shops.”

If you ever have the need of a venue to hold an event on behalf of the Prince Edward Island Regiment, you need look no further than The Guild. The staff go above and beyond to treat people well and professionally and always will go the extra mile to help out. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

“The Guild is a small-town arts and cultural hub that creates a sense of community within the larger cultural district. Home to many of the city’s cultural organizations, the facility offers an array of inspiring settings and urban coolness, while its gallery and anchor performance space create platforms for meaningful cultural and artistic engagement. The Guild is led by a knowledgeable and passionate management team who drives the engine that propels the success of the operation.”

“I am so beyond grateful to The Guild for taking a chance on me and my first show that I wrote and performed. Not only did they provide an incredible container for me to cut my teeth on as a director and producer, but it was a perfect canvas for me to create the best work of my life as a performer. As a result of them allowing me to incubate a raw piece of work and turn it into something strong and polished, I was able to take the show, Atlantic Blue, into the world! It played at the world famous Charlottetown Festival, and has a tour booked for 2020 and 2021.

I am forever grateful to Alanna Jankov and all my dear friends at the theatre for their constant love and support. I owe so much of my success to what they taught me.”

“My family has been attending The Guild for many years and we are never disappointed with the entertainment value.

It is easy to tell that management at the Guild is enthusiastic about their product because it shows in the performances and various artistic mediums on display.

It is very important for communities to have a place like The Guild  which passionately works towards growing the local arts community and providing the amazing fruits of their labor on stage or on display for the rest of us to enjoy.

     Keep up the great work!”
