Any Art Form, Public, Ticketed or Unticketed. Examples include play readings, concerts, poetry slams etc.

Tech: Includes a 5-hour tech call for all Black Box Performance Rentals. Please note that this minimum call would include the setup and dismantle of your tech requirements. Your 5-hour block also means that you can access the space at the start time, and must be entirely packed up and out by the finish time.

FOH: A 5-hour house manager call is included in this fee. Additional staffing is available at an additional cost.

Additional where live or recorded music is used: $15 for licensing fee + $35 or 3% of ticket sales, whichever is greater.

Bar Availability is at an additional cost.
